Can you believe Thanksgiving is already here? I feel like just yesterday I was in College Station getting pumped to watch my Ags play the Longhorns for the final Thanksgiving match up. Needless to say, my favorite part of Thanksgiving last year was having my family visit, and coming in a very close second was my mom’s FOOD! (Had the outcome of the game been different, my number two spot might have been otherwise… sorry Mom.)
Every Thanksgiving I’m always sent home with loads of leftovers… sometimes to the point that I don’t know what to do with ’em, Am-I-Right? I know I’m not the only one. Fortunately for us, our Catering Director/Chef Carrie Keep has provided a solution.
I’ll be tuning in to KRLD-1080 AM Friday morning to hear Carrie talk about her Thanksgiving Leftovers Recipes. After reading over her (wish-I-woulda-thought-of-that) recipes, I’m excited to put my cooking skills to the test after the holiday. A big THANKS to Carrie!
